Nintendo keeps its promise and still disappoints me
Two weeks ago, Nintendo kept its promise and launched a Nintendo Direct showed which games Switch fans can look forward to. A new Zelda and a new Mario Party game were revealed alongside the unveiling of Metroid Prime 4 just a few real highlights from the show. At the end of the 40-minute presentation, I was satisfied – but also disappointed. How come?

Nintendo has my Wish fulfilled and after many years finally a Donkey Kong game for the Switch (buy now 329,00 € )announced. A really great game too. Donkey Kong Country Returns was already a hit on the 3DS, on which I played the Jump&Run many years ago. But the announcement has a bitter aftertaste.
Already in 2018, Nintendo has a Donkey Kong game for the Switch published, namely Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze. Another great game that I had already played through on the Wii U a few years ago. Do you see a pattern?

Correct: The new Donkey Kong game for the Switch is again just a New edition of an old game. In the case of Donkey Kong Country Returns, this is the second re-release, as the game originally came from the good old Wii. Finally, a new Donkey Kong game for the Switch? No such luck. Nintendo is taking advantage of us and it's our fault
