Unfortunately for the community, yesterday's launch of the loot shooter “The First Descendant” was anything but smooth. As Nexon announced, players will be compensated for the bumpy start with various bonuses.
Yesterday, Tuesday, publisher Nexon released the free-to-play loot shooter “The First Descendant” for the consoles and the PC.

As soon became apparent, “The First Descendant” was one of the online titles that had to deal with various technical problems at launch. On the one hand, there were Errors with microtransactions or in-game purchases. Furthermore, the PS5 community in particular complained about disappointing performance, which can quickly spoil the fun of the game.
In a recent statement, Nexon not only promised to fix the problems as quickly as possible, but also announced compensation for the community.

“We sincerely apologize once again for the inconvenience caused by the problems on the opening day. As a sign of our apology, we have prepared compensation,” said Nexon.
“We will continue to strive to provide a more stable service.”

As the publisher added, all players who log into “The First Descendant” by July 8, 2024 at 8:59 a.m. our time will be eligible for the compensation. This will be sent to your inbox in the form of an email and must be claimed by July 15, 2024 at 8:59 a.m. European time.
