A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away… there was a Star Wars character named Boba Fett.

Barely able to speak, he soon became food for a Sarlacc creature, but his small contribution to the Star Wars universe has become the stuff of legend. It was with good reason that George Lucas decided to feature Fett's family history in his prequels to the original Star Wars, and in Episode II fans were given the chance to see the story in its entirety. It was here that we were introduced to Boba Fett's childhood and, more importantly, we also met his father Jango.

Decked out in his blue-striped Mandalorian armor, at the helm of Fett's familiar ship, Slave 1, and equipped with some of the most terrifying weaponry in the entire star system, Jango was truly a standout character in Star Wars Episode II. And now he's reaching true star status, with the release of his own video game.

Set between Episodes I and II, Star Wars Bounty Hunter gives you the chance to step into Jango’s shoes and wipe out the scum of the universe with an unmatched arsenal of weapons and gadgets. Jango is hired to track down a dangerous Dark Jedi—the leader of a mysterious cult—which would be complicated enough without the appearance of an old figure from Jango’s past who seems to have very different plans. Journey through 18 levels of bounty hunting, in a third-person first-person perspective, as Jango travels from the sandy wastes of Tatooine to the dizzying urban landscapes of Coruscant in pursuit of his prey, meeting many old (and not so friendly) acquaintances from the Star Wars galaxy.

You'll need Jango's full arsenal of weapons and gadgets, including the classic laser guns and rocket launcher backpack, plus a torch capable of cutting through closed doors. Handy when you've forgotten your keys… The game is full of cinematic sequences and Star Wars sound effects, thanks to Industrial Light and Magic and Skywalker Sound. In addition, Star Wars Bounty Hunter also allows us to know why Jango Fett was chosen to serve as a model for the army's cloned fighters, as seen in Star Wars Episode II, which is an undeniable plus for fans.
