In Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth you can find eight sheet music that you can use to play music on pianos. At this point we will show you the locations of all eight sheet music and the exact piano locations.
All piano sheet music in FF7 Rebirth
You can use the sheet music to play pieces of music on pianos in larger towns as the game progresses. To do this, sit at a piano and press the touchpad to select a sheet of music. They come in different levels of difficulty and every piano in the game has a new one ready for you.

Next to the pianos there is always NPC Dorian, from whom you will receive rewards if you complete each of the sheet music with at least rank A. Do you want to come? “Piano virtuoso” To also unlock one of the trophies and achievements of FF7 Rebirth, you must complete at least six of the eight sheet music with rank A. Rank S is not necessary for this.
Below we list you the locations for all eight sheet music on. These are not missable and you can still collect them after the story. It is best to select Chapter 13 in the chapter selection. From this point in the game you can reach all relevant locations for the piano notes.
On Our Way
Activation: From chapter 4
Location: At the piano in the crow's nest in the east of Junon. You unlock this location after the side quest “Care”.
Tifa's Theme
Activation: From chapter 6
Location: At the piano in the center of Costa del Sol in the Corel region.

Barret's Theme
Activation: From Chapter 7
Location: At the piano in North Corel. You will reach this place after the mines towards the end of the chapter.
Cinco de Chocobo
Activation: From Chapter 9
Location: At the piano in Gongaga village.
Two Legs? Nothin' To It
Activation: From chapter 10
Location: At the piano at the Syldra Inn in Cosmo Canyon.
Aerith's Theme
Activation: From Chapter 11
Location: At the end of the chapter at the piano in Tifa's house in Nibelheim. You also take it automatically during the side quest “An Angel with White Fur”.
Let the Battles Begin!
Activation: From Chapter 11
Location: For this sheet of music you must have completed all six pieces with at least rank A. Then talk to Dorian, who will give you this piano note as a reward.
One Winged Angel
Activation: After the story
Location: This sheet of music is the hardest to get, as it requires you to complete Johnny's collection at the beach hotel in Costa del Sol and give him all 88 items he is looking for. You can then open the red chest next to him, which contains this piece of music.
