Pirates and CP0 vs Seraphims

The recent episode 1109 of One Piece, released this Sunday, adapted part of the events of chapter 1076, which notably featured the face to face of Luffy and Zoro, who had just taken care of Rob Lucci and Kaku, facing the S-Hawk and the S-Bear. If this consists above all of a simple pass of arms of barely a few squares in its paper version, its animated version, as usual, extended the scene, but this time to the great delight of the fans!

Many talented Toei animators such as Vincent Chansard – already known for his outbursts throughout the last arcs and in particular during the confrontation between Luffy and Lucci in episode 1100 – thus participated in bringing one of One Piece's best scenes to life. This is also part of the studio's desire to shed light on events deliberately avoided by Eiichiro Oda for the sake of time. The fans are won over and readers of the manga/scans know it, anime-only still have a lot to expect from the Egg Head arc. Let us now hope that the rest of the events are handled with equal care.
