Dragon Ball FighterZ is getting an update on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC to improve gameplay on those platforms with essential fixes.

Dragon Ball FighterZ got a second with a free upgrade which notably made it possible to implement netcode rollback. A technique to reduce latency as much as possible during online battles, and therefore to streamline the experience to avoid incriminating your connection in the event of defeat. Well, in fact, you can still do it because it does not 100% eliminate the problems in this configuration. The rollout caused some issues, but Bandai Namco just fixed one.

A new update for Dragon Ball FighterZ

Dragon Ball FighterZ is available on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC. In addition to rollback netcode, the current-gen version brings visual and performance improvements to an already sublime title. This version, playable since February 2024, has however been accompanied by some issues, as usual. For example, on PS5, it was not possible to use all the PS4 arcade sticks of your choice. But that is normally ancient history with the new Dragon Ball FighterZ update. This type of device should work as expected, and a rollback netcode error has also been fixed. Below, all the patch notes in French.
