What treatment should I choose to treat my Pal’s disease in Palworld?

Diseases and status afflictions exist on Palworld. They affect the work capacity of your Pal and greatly harm the proper functioning of your camp. Fortunately, each status alteration also has a way of being countered. There are various actions to do and consumables to give to your Pals so that they can feel better in their daily lives.. To help you get your creatures back on their feet, find below the care to provide to your Pals for each type of affliction:

  • Minor injury : Makeshift medicine
  • Sprain : Makeshift medicine
  • Fever : Makeshift medicine
  • Fracture : Medicine
  • Stomach aches : Medicine
  • Depression : High-end medicine
  • Weakness : High-end medicine
  • Famine : Fill your camp food box with dishes that increase satiety levels
  • Unable : Put the Pal in the Pal box so it can regenerate
  • Idleness/Absent/Eats like four : Install relaxation areas, such as hot springs, better beds and reduce workload

You can find each medicine from merchants, by eliminating or capturing certain Pals (Lifmunk, Flopie, Vaelet and Lyleen), but above all by making them yourself from the Archaic Pharmaceutical Table (level 12) or the Electric Pharmaceutical Table ( lv.41).

Illnesses usually arise because of your negligence. The Pals have MEN points (Mental) which diminish as a result of working in poor conditions. Indeed, these MEN points drop when the Pals do not eat, have too heavy a workload, but especially if they do not have anything to relax or sleep. And generally, a reduction in these points often leads to idleness or even illness. So, in order to prevent illness or even idleness as much as possible, there are several things to do.

The first thing to do is to assign beds to each of your Pals, so your workers can rest at night. Straw beds will be perfect at first: however, you will quickly have to invest in soft beds so that your Pals can recover better after their day of work.

Secondly, relaxation areas will need to be installed. Your Pals need to take advantage of their breaks: also, don't forget to install a hot spring. And just like the beds, you shouldn't forget to install a better one to satisfy all the Pals in your camp.

That's not all, because your Pals need to eat to survive: therefore, you will always have to keep the food box full so that your Pals can come and feed when they feel the need.. The ideal is to concoct dishes that improve MEN points. We are thinking in particular of Chikipi Nuggets, Mozzarina Hamburgers, Kelpsea Fries, etc.

Finally, last advice: you must at all costs avoid increasing the workload of your Pals from the Monitoring Platform. Although it can be helpful to request faster work from time to time, it is harmful to leave this status for an entire day.

To make your Pals work faster, there are other alternatives. We invite you to set up facilities designed for this purpose: Pot, Fountain, Flowerbed, Silo, Stump and Axe, Witch's Cauldron, etc.. These objects will bring a little joy to your camp, but will above all be useful to help your Pals work much more efficiently without dropping their MEN points.

Despite this numerous advice, Pals can get injured, so don't be alarmed if this happens.. Simply provide the necessary care (see the section just before) and reduce your Pal's workload so that it can stay in good health.
