Basic innovations:

  • A full-fledged PDF file editor has been implemented, allowing you to edit text, add, rotate and delete pages, insert and change objects (tables, shapes, text, images, links, etc.), attach comments and footnotes to selected text. Switching between PDF editing and viewing modes is done using a new button on the toolbar.

  • To create and edit fillable forms, the PDF format is used instead of the previously used DOCXF format. The user can now create a template with the necessary interactive fields in the PDF editor, configure the properties and save the created form as a PDF file.

  • Changes in the document editor:
    • The top panel has a button for switching between editing, reviewing and document viewing modes.

    • Added support for changing the page background color (Layout -> Page Color) and showing the correct background set when editing in other office packages.

    • It is possible to customize the page numbering format.

    • Updated built-in paragraph styles.
    • Added elements to the menu and toolbar to control paragraph indentation.
    • Line spacing settings have been updated.

    • Implemented GETPIVOTDATA and IMPORTRANGE functions.
    • Added hints for inserting your own functions.
    • Added the ability to copy and move sheets between workbooks opened in the same browser.
    • Provided highlighting of row and column numbers for selected cells.
  • Changes in the presentation editor:
    • Added “Slide Master” for quickly changing slides, allowing you to apply certain changes to multiple slides in a presentation at once, without having to repeat the operation on each slide.

    • A new sidebar has been implemented with advanced slide background settings.
    • An additional bottom panel has been added to the Animation tab, showing all applied effects on the timeline.
    • On Linux and Windows platforms, a new interface for playing files with sound and video is used, designed as a panel built into the presentation.

  • All editors have added support for enabling shadows for inserted shapes, as well as the ability to change the transparency, size, angle and distance of the shadow.

  • The set of color schemes has been expanded.

  • A command line option “–lock-portals” has been added to desktop editors to hide the page for connecting to cloud services, for example, if you plan to work only with local files. To return support for connecting to the cloud, the “–unlock-portals” option is provided.
  • An option has been added to the settings to enable/disable hardware acceleration of graphics operations.
