Elden Ring's first DLC is a tough one: In Shadow of the Erdtree you'll have to deal with a series of tough bosses. You might wish for a little help here and there, which you can rely on, for example, in the form of online players.
However, this player was given a helping hand in a way that he would have preferred to have done without. Warning, spoilers! This is about a boss from Shadow of the Erdtree.
A glitch causes frustration in this boss fight, but not in the way you think
On Reddit, a brave Elden Ring fighter posted a frustrating clip from his Shadow of the Erdtree playthrough. In the video, he fights the boss Radahn, Promised Husband.

The video shows how the colossus jumps back and promptly disappears into the stone wall. He fires off a few more attacks until the system gives up and takes away his remaining life points. Radahn has fallen, without any action on the part of the player.
If you spend a long time gnawing at FromSoft bosses, you're actually very relieved and full of euphoria when you finally decipher and defeat them. A victory due to a game error, on the other hand, feels very inglorious and this is also what the Reddit user expresses.
“What the hell!? I got cheated out of a fight!!!”

Elden Rings Shadow of the Erdtree is the best expansion From Software has ever made!
The comments under the post range from pity to outrage and curiosity about how to create this glitch. I'm sure they're just doing it for research purposes. If the game error does occur more often, it's likely that it will be patched out soon. If you want to make it your own, you'd better hurry. Or just defeat Radahn in an honorable way.
What do you think of the glitch? Would you be happy if you killed a boss this way? Write it in the comments!
