The Open Network Test allows console players to try out GUNDAM BREAKER 4, the first numbered entry in the series coming to the West. They can assemble beautiful Gunpla creations from over 20 Mobile Suits, giving them a taste of the over 250 base suits that will be available in the full game at launch. They can then bring these creations to life and join their friends and other players in 3-player co-op multiplayer battles to defeat waves of enemy Gunpla, including giant mecha bosses. As they defeat enemies, players collect parts to craft larger and more capable Mobile Suits. The ONT will also feature a series first: players will be able to use their Gunpla creations as avatars in the multiplayer lobby, where they can interact and show off before engaging in co-op battles.

GUNDAM BREAKER 4 ONT sessions are scheduled as follows: July 19 (2:00 AM to 7:00 AM, then 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM) followed by another session from July 20 (4:00 AM) to the following day (8:00 AM).

GUNDAM BREAKER 4, the legendary action modeling game, is set in the near future where amateur builders use simulations to create custom suits and fight them in virtual battles. Players collect loot by breaking pieces during battles, then use these pieces to build new, more powerful hybrid creations using the game’s customization options to take on more difficult challenges. The series will allow players to customize their Gunpla with over 250 base kits, parts that can be acquired by defeating enemies and participating in battles that feature Gunpla of different levels. The game introduces a brand new feature to the series: players will be able to use two different weapons to perform unique combos in their quest to find the best parts to build the perfect Gunpla.

Between battles, players have access to the most extensive customization options in franchise history. A robust mecha garage allows players to customize their creations with new parts as well as paint, decals, and weathering to create the ultimate mecha expression for GUNDAM fans. An all-new feature in the game, Diorama Mode, allows players to build elaborate scenarios with a variety of backgrounds, environmental elements, and special effects, and place and pose their Gunpla creations as highly articulated models to create memorable scenes. For the first time in the series, the game will feature English voice acting in addition to the original Japanese voice acting.
