GTA Online: New content week celebrates Independence Day & more

Independence Day is being celebrated in the USA today – and this also applies to the new content week in GTA Online, which focuses on the holiday.

In honor of Independence Day, GTA Online is also offering free and heavily discounted patriotic items to celebrate America's birth, including the Fireworks Bucket Hat, the America Bucket Hat, and the Statue of Liberty Bucket Hat for simple gaming. Chests found in competitive battles will yield all sorts of different beer helmets and the Statue of Joy T-shirt, and the Karin Boor will appear in the red, white, and blue design in the lobby of the Diamond Casino.

The Överflöd Pipistrello supercar is available at Legendary Motorsport and in the Luxury Autos showroom, and is even free for GTA+ members until July 31st.

You don't have to miss out on bonuses either: Triple GTA$ and RP await you in the new content week for mobile operations, and double GTA$ and RP are still available in Running Back (Remix). To get a GTA$ 100,000 bonus as part of the weekly challenge, you have to complete three mobile operations.
