What is this LG 55QNED82 TV?
QNED is a display technology close to QLED, with a nano-crystal panel which provides very good brightness and excellent contrast, and theoretically perfect colorimetry. In fact, the colors of this 55QNED82 television sometimes lack clarity on certain scenes, while the blacks can seem a little weak in intensity, especially if you are watching content during the day. Rest assured, the image is however excellent and the panel is ideal for watching films and series in very good conditions.

The 55QNED82 has a 55-inch panel with a 4K definition of 3,840 x 2,160 pixels. HDR10 and HDR HLG technologies give the image a very good level of detail. Movie buffs will be delighted, as will gamers who will benefit from the 100 Hz refresh rate only for their PlayStation 5 and your Xbox Series, which they can connect to the two HDMI 2.1 ports. Audio level, the two 20 W speakers provide decent sound, but a soundbar won't be too much.
Is this LG TV worth it on sale?
The LG 55QNED82 is a good deal at less than €700. If, however, your budget is more restricted, the 55QNED75 model offers essentially the same thing, except for two or three performances. The TV is perfectly suited to cinema, but with its refresh rate of only 60 Hz and the lack of an HDMI 2.1 port, it is not really optimized for gaming.
Both models come with the in-house Tizen OS interface. The general ergonomics are pleasant and the menus are fluid, for pleasant navigation. You will find most of your SVOD platforms with relevant content highlighted. Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa are present, to control the TV with the sound of your voice.
