As the months go by, we get closer to the start of the crazy end-of-year release season. In 2024, a certain Star Wars Outlaws should kick off hostilities with a launch just before the start of the school year, and the studio has some very good news to share with us today.

Star Wars Outlaws is gold!

In a message published a few minutes ago on Twitter, Massive Entertainment announced that the game is “gold”, which means, in theory, that its development is finished and that it will be released on the scheduled date.

Our team can't wait for you to start exploring the Outer Rim and living the life of a rascal – August 30th can't be far away!

Remember that Star Wars Outlaws will put us in the shoes of Kay Vaas, a smuggler who tries to make a name for herself, but will find herself in the heart of a conflict opposing several factions throughout the galaxy.

The game will be available on August 30 on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PC and we can't wait to see it.
