It is this Saturday, June 29 that the 2024 season of Fort Boyard will start on France 2, a summer event which has lasted since 1990 and features events taking place in this maritime fortification in Charente-Maritime. Suffice to say that video game adaptations have not failed to be offered in 34 years of existence, notably on the side of Microids in partnership with Adventure Line Productions. The last one so far, Fort Boyardhas been available in several versions, and the publisher is back this Thursday with the launch of Fort Boyard: The Challenges of Father Fouras, developed by the Lyonnais of Breakfirst Gamesto whom we owe in particular How 2 Escape.
Well, it doesn't fly very high visually speaking, but the “exceptional commercial success” of previous games with more than 500,000 copies sold could therefore continue since the recipe remains generally the same with new features, thus offering more than 40 events in total. Father Fouras raised the level of adventure at Fort Boyard. With its 6 exclusive assets, one for each game, it will shake up the rules of the game. As soon as you arrive in the Fort, select the trump card of the evening, while Father Fouras will guide you through his mysterious enigmas.
