The Syrcus Tower Alliance raid also occasionally struggled with errors, while players on Xbox consoles suffered in isolated cases from their image freezing when switching between locations.

In an official statement, Naoki Yoshida, the producer of “Final Fantasy 14,” also spoke out. He first took the opportunity to thank the community for their continued support and for purchasing “Dawntrail.”

Yoshida then addressed the players directly to apologize for the technical issues. As the producer promised, his team is giving the highest priority to fixing the errors internally in order to ensure smooth operations as soon as possible.
