Fan-favorite Fallout New Vegas character confirmed for Season 2 of popular streaming series!

No one expected the Fallout series to be so successful. Generally, television adaptations of video games are not unanimously popular. But in recent years, it seems that we have turned a corner. After the triumph of this first season, Amazon Prime Video had every interest in restarting the machine for a sequel.

If many questions about season 1 remain unanswered, Amazon has already made Season 2 official and the showrunners, Graham Wagner and Geneva Robertson-Dworet, have even stated that Robert House (aka Mr.House) will be involved in this sequel one way or another. It was in an interview with Variety that this information was given:

Las Vegas in the world of Fallout is the city of Robert House. He will be involved in season 2.

We remind you, without spoiling, at the end of the first season of Fallout, a character goes to the city of New Vegas, at the heart of the intrigue of the cult game Fallout New Vegas. Now we are certain: Mr.House will be there. Especially since it is greatly appreciated by fans of the franchise. It remains to be seen how he will be brought into the show, the character having already made a brief appearance in season 1 in his human form (he is rather known as a sort of computer entity).

Expanding the Fallout Universe

Released on April 10 on the Amazon Prime streaming platform, the Fallout series was a great success. It received a rating of 93% from critics on Rotten Tomatoes and 90% from viewers. And yet, you will be curious to learn that the directors of the show were not able to integrate certain elements of the universe into the first season, such as the Deathclaws (or Griffemort in French)..

To be honest, we didn't know how to integrate the Deathclaws into this first season, we deliberately refrained from integrating them into the series.

For the moment, no date has been given for the release of this second season. Filming hasn't even started yet, so we'll have to be patient. However, the writers announced that they had started writing the episodes. Obviously, the start of production could begin at the end of the year, at worst, at the beginning of 2025. We already know that the characters of Lucy, The Ghoul and Maximus will be back.
