Capcom: New showcase including date announced

As Capcom announced, the in-house showcase will return next week. In addition to the date of the digital event, Capcom also gave details about the games we can look forward to.

In a short statement, Capcom announced that the publisher's digital showcase will return early next week. Once again, Capcom will use the event to introduce us to select games.

The latest edition of the Capcom Showcase will take place on Monday, July 1, 2024 at 3 p.m. Pacific Time. Due to the nine-hour time difference, the event will start at midnight on the night of July 1 to 2, 2024. According to Capcom, the showcase will last just under 25 minutes.

Which games can we look forward to?

In addition to the date, Capcom gave details about the titles that the company will present to us at the showcase. There are three in total. Firstly, we are dealing with the iOS version of “Resident Evil 7: Biohazard” which is currently in development for the iPhone, iPad and Mac.

Also taking part is the “Dead Rising Deluxe”Capcom would like to give the first official details about this. With “Dead Rising Deluxe”, the iconic first installment in the series from 2006 is making a comeback on the current platforms. Number three in the group is “Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess”Since the unusual adventure will be released on July 19, 2024, Capcom wants to use the showcase to give us an unspecified update on “Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess”.

Don't expect any surprises

Just like at the last showcase, Capcom concludes by pointing out that only the titles listed in the official announcement will be presented. Players should not expect any surprises.

So don’t go from news to titles like “Monster Hunter: Wilds” or “Pragmata” The same applies to the possible announcement of one of the new “Resident Evil” titles that have been circulating in the rumor mill for the past few months.

Including “Resident Evil 9” as well as various remakes.
