So far, the official confirmation of Anna Williams for the current spin-off “Tekken 8” is still pending. Harada denies the rumors about Anna Williams

Harada said, “By the way, there is a small group of people who believe that Anna is not loved by the development team. They even claim that Anna is hated by the development team. Well, it doesn't matter because that's not true at all.”

“But the Anna portrayed in the story of Tekken is filled with many thoughts and feelings from me and the animation team.”

The director added: “Originally, Nina was very popular with players from the beginning. There is a yin and yang to things, and Anna's popularity was often contrasted with Nina's. In Tekken 1 and 2, many mid-boss characters were convertible characters to other characters.”

“But we wanted to make Anna as unique as possible starting with Tekken 3 to increase her popularity.”

Anna Williams as DLC for Tekken 8?

Unfortunately, Harada did not use the statement to reveal whether and when Anna Williams will make her way into “Tekken 8”. Fans of Anna had to be patient for a while in the previous game. Nina Williams’ sister only made her way into the game with the second season pass. “Tekken7”.
