Capcom has definitely been there for several months with its Ace Attorney license. After offering us the 3 trilogies of our defense lawyer Phoenix Wright in HD version, the time has come to tackle his friend and rival Benjamin Hunter, or Miles Edgeworth as he is called among our English-speaking neighbors. The famous prosecutor is therefore back in a new compilation called Ace Attorney Investigation Collectionwhich will include the following episodes:

Just like the last compilations of the license, Capcom has decided to pamper its players with an HD remodeling of the two opuses, and above all a French translation for the two episodes which were non-existent until today. Ace Attorney Investigation Collection will be officially available from September 6, 2024 on the Nintendo Switch eShop. Alas, three times alas, for cartridge lovers, you will most likely have to count once again on the import of the Japanese physical version to hope to see the game in cartridge in your game library.

In the compilation Ace Attorney Investigations Collection, the player will play the famous prosecutor Benjamin Hunter, in search of the truth through surprising investigations full of twists and turns. He will have to use his logic and his ability to destabilize the various witnesses and find evidence to solve the mysteries proposed, from September 6, 2024. Pre-orders are open with the bonus of five specially arranged musical tracks.
In Ace Attorney Investigations : Benjamin Hunterplayers will exploit the investigative prowess of Benjamin Hunter, determined to reveal the truth whatever the cost. In Ace Attorney Investigations 2 : The Prosecutor's Bet, which is being released outside of Japan for the first time, they will have to prepare for an even greater challenge and face a new nemesis while fighting to retain their right to continue practicing as prosecutors. Throughout these cases, players will also learn how to spot inconsistencies in witness statements, piece together evidence one by one, and uncover hidden information in “Mental Chessboard” gameplay!
This collection will benefit from new features and improvements.
- Improved visual appearance : HD visuals of the characters created by Tatsura Iwamoto, designer of the saga, more fluid character animations and richer expressions. It will be possible to switch between the original sprites (2D characters and objects) and the reworked sprites.
- History Function : it will always be possible to return to a detail of a conversation or an important clue thanks to the Notebook function.
- Story Mode : an option for those who above all want to enjoy the plot by automatically following the progress of the game without exercising their little gray cells too much.
- Gallery mode : a complete catalog of illustrations, character animation, sketches, advertisements, synopses and the original soundtrack, including 106 audio tracks from the game as well as 23 orchestral tracks, an original creation and five arranged pieces from the original Ace CD Attorney Investigation.
- Game soundtrack : it will be possible, in the Options menu, to replace the original soundtrack with the five new arranged tracks.
