Let's start with the simplest, crafting linen threads, or linen in original language, on Pax Dei. For the rest of this article, we will also use the resource names in English. As the game currently does not have a French version, This allows you to be clearer on what to do.
The first step to making these linen threads will be to build a Spinning wheel. To do this, start by building the Basic carpenter's workbench. In the new recipes, you will find tailor's tools, Basic tailoring tools.
Craft it with 1 bone fragment, 5 flax fiber, and 10 sapwood. Once that's done, you can build the Spinning wheel by assembling these tools with 10 short wood stock, 1 plank and 6 wooden pegs which you can easily craft from the Wood chopping block.
Now that you have the workshop, all that remains is to go looking for linen, or flax in original language. The good news is that it is quite easy to find. These are small brown herbs that you can harvest by hand almost anywhere in the plains. Then pass them through the Spinning wheel to transform them into linen thread.
We have just told you how to make threads from plants, now let's see how to make threads from animals using leather threads. For this, you will need not one, but two specific workshops. The first step will be to craft the leather working tools, Basic leatherworking tools on the Basic carpenter's workbench with 1 bone fragment, 10 sapwood, and 5 flints.
This will then unlock the two workshops for you. The first, the Simple leatherworking table, simply requires you to combine the previously crafted tools with 4 wooden beams, 6 planks, as well as 20 wooden pegs. The second workshop is the Simple tanning rack.
