The Kalypso Media Group is an independent publisher and developer of interactive entertainment software with more than 170 employees at a total of ten locations in Germany, England, France, the USA and Japan. Four development studios in Germany belonging to the group, together with other international games developers, ensure a constant supply of new computer and video games for all modern premium platforms, such as the world-famous “Tropico” series, “Commandos” or “Railway Empire”.

Your tasks:
Advertisement
- Independent payroll accounting including all studios
- Preparation of employment contracts, contract amendments and other personnel-related documents
- Function as contact person in personnel matters for applicants, employees, studio managers and superiors
- Participation in special projects and HR process optimization
- Communication with authorities, health insurance companies and ensuring compliance with all reporting obligations
- Management of personnel files and maintenance of master data
- Processing of employment contract claims, such as vacation, sickness, etc. and absence management
- Administration of working time accounts
- Preparation of employment references
- Administration of applicant management
Your profile:
- A successfully completed business studies or a completed commercial training
- Practical professional experience in human resources with a focus on payroll accounting
- Solid knowledge of MS Office and DATEV (Lodas)
- Careful and responsible working style
- High degree of initiative and reliability
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Goal-oriented working style and strong communication skills
